Thanks for explaining what’s missing. It should be easier to see which leads need attention and which have already been handled.

We’re planning a simple New, In progress and Done workflow, with controls to manage leads and clear completed work from the active view. We’re still working out the details of deleting versus archiving; custom folders aren’t confirmed for the first version. Replies would continue through your usual email.
