Thanks for flagging this, and sorry it has been waiting for a clearer update. We understand how frustrating it is when a video’s framing doesn’t work on mobile.

We’re planning an option to show the full video frame above the hero, with no headline or buttons over it. The normal hero would appear below with a background image, avoiding the crop needed to fill a tall mobile background.

There isn’t a release date yet. If your video won’t play at all, please send the page and device/browser to support@gondola.travel so we can check that separate problem.
